GlutenTrace works without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or date of birth, and there is nothing to sign up for.

Reading an ingredients list happens on your phone. The photo of the label is processed on the device and is not uploaded anywhere, unless you choose to submit a product so the reading can be checked and added to the database.

Your scan history is stored on your phone. Barcode lookups are sent to Open Food Facts to fetch the product, which means that service sees the barcode being looked up.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We do not sell data.
